After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by
<br />Councilmember LeCiaire, that Ordinance No. 825, to be read by title only and
<br />waiving further reading thereof, amending Section 2-2.40, Article 4 (Tentative
<br />}~p), Section 2-3.03, Article 5 (Minor Subdivisions), and adding Section
<br />2-10.14 to Article 19 (Design Review), Title II (Zoning and Development) of
<br />the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, be introduced with the addition
<br />of necessary language to the ordinance to exempt major and minor subdivision~
<br />maps filed on or before June 27, 1977, and projects which obtained sewer
<br />permits pursuant to Resolution No. 77-108, adopted on April 11, 1977.
<br />The roll call vote was as follows:
<br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox

<br /> Mayor Philcox instructed the Director of Planning to prepare a report

<br /> There being no further business at 11:55 P.M., it was moved by Councilmember
<br />LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that the meeting be adjourned to
<br />meet again in Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., on July 11, 1977, at the Pleasanton
<br />Council Chambers.
