The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />COMlfJNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Councilmembers presented various Committee Reports for the information of <br />the Council. <br /> <br /> Councilmember LeClaire explained the Food Services Program proposed by the <br />Human Services Committee. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded byCouncilmember <br />Herlihy, that the Mayor be authorized to send a letter to the Board of <br />Supervisors indicating City Council's support of the Food Advisory Services ? <br />Program. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and }~yor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS <br /> Councilmember Herlihy requested that an item be added to the July 11, 1977, <br />agenda regarding Discussion of Existing Holding Tanks for Commercial and <br />Industrial Properties in the Sunol Service Area. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mercer reported on a Neighborhood Meeting on Stanley Boule- <br />vard with residents of that area regarding possible annexation to the City <br />and the pre-zoning of ~dden's property. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes requested a report from staff regarding purchase of <br />the Fire Station in Highland Oaks and expansion of City Hall offices, for review <br />at the Budget Hearing. <br /> <br /> Mayor Philcox urged Councilmembers to cooperate in defeating the referendum <br />regarding the LAVWMA Pipeline Project. <br /> <br /> ~yor Philcox stated it was now in order to take formal action regarding <br />appointment of the City Manager. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Le- <br />Claire, that Resolution No. 77-169, appointing Clayton E.
