Open.from 2-14-77 and 2-28-77) <br /> Mr. Harris stated this item had been continued from the meetings of February <br />14, 1977, and February 28, 1977, to allow the developer additional time to meet <br />with staff in order to revise plans to conform with the General Plan concept. He <br />stated that progress was being made but the developer desired more time to <br />finalize the plans. <br /> <br /> Mr. Scheidig expressed concern regarding further continuance of this item, <br />indicating that a provision of the City's Zoning Code requires Council action <br />within forty days of closing the public hearing. Also, Mr. Scheidig expressed <br />concern about the administrative problems which continuations would entail. <br /> <br /> Mayor Philcox declared Open the continued public hearing from the meetings <br />of February 14, 1977, and February 28, 1977. <br /> <br /> No one spoke in favor of the application. <br /> <br /> Mr. John Corley, Attorney representing the applicant, requested a continuance <br />of this item for refinement of the development plan. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ted Fairfield, ~cKay and Somps, also requested continuance of this matter. <br /> <br /> 5. 3/28/77 <br /> <br /> <br />
