<br />Override for Public Safety as follows: "Shall the annual maximum tax rate
<br />which the City of Pleasanton is empowered to levy upon all property within
<br />the City subject to taxation by the City be increased by an amount not to
<br />exceed $.29 per $100. assessed valuation to be used exclusively for addi-
<br />tional personnel in the police and fire departments?", be adopted.
