Mr. Jim Jordan, 7651 Fairoaks Drive, stated he was in favor of the Residential <br />Allocation Program if it is the true intent of the plan not to overburden the <br />taxpayers. <br /> <br /> There being no further public testimony, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, <br />and seconded by Councilmember LeClaire, that the public hearing on the application <br />of the City of Pleasanton to adopt a growth management program consisting of a. <br />Community Development Element, Negative Declaration pertaining to the Element, <br />draft Residential Allocation Program Ordinance and the mandatory and incentive <br />elements of the Allocation Program, be closed. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Philcox stated that study sessions regarding the Residential Allocation <br />Program would be scheduled at the next Regular City Council Meeting on November 8, <br />1977. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 10:50 A.M., Mayor Philcox adjourned the <br />meeting to meet again in Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., on November 8, 1977, at <br />the Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br /> 2. 10/29/77 <br /> <br /> <br />
