Councilmember Brandes stated he felt there was a problem with the Residential <br />Allocation Program regarding points for Missing Links and that in the future a <br />category of less points maybe should be considered. <br /> <br />78-17 - Rousseau-Tract 3297 <br />Traffic Circulation <br /> Discussion ensued over the "Design" and "Traffic Circulation" sections of the <br />Residential Allocation Program as they relate to this project. Council decided <br />that these were discretionary sections and that these matters would be taken up <br />later. <br /> <br />78-18 - First Pleasanton Investors-Tract 3148 <br />~.iCZcl~.Feature <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Wood, that 1 point be assigned to Bicycle Feature. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Brandes, Kephart and Wood <br />NOES: Councilman Butler and Mayor Mercer <br />ABSDIT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer stated Council would now consider total projects. <br /> <br />.7.8~I..-. Romey Apartments <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, <br />to assign points to this project as recommended by staff's report dated 6-1-78. <br />The roll call vote vas as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Brandes, Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSEHT: None <br /> <br />78-2 - Las Positas Garden Homes <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Mayor Mercer, to <br />assign points to this project as recommended by staff's report dated 6-1-78. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Brandes, Butler, Kephart, Wood, and ~yor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSD~: None <br /> <br />78-3 - Garden/Bernard Townhouses <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, <br />to assign points to this project as recommended by staff's report dated 6-1-78. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Brandes, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilman Butler <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Councilmember Butler stated he was opposed to the points assigned to Design. <br /> <br /> Council voted secret ballot on points they felt should be assigned to Design. <br />The vote was as follows: 6, 9, 9, 9, 9 = 8 points.
