329 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, <br />that the Mayor be authorized to write letters to AssemblymanMori and Governor <br />Brown, requesting that funding for the special library and mobile health care <br />services for senior citizens be restored. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Hephart, I~od, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer expressed concern at the amount of trash at the rear of stores <br />in the City. Mr. Brown stated he would investigate and correct this matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Kephart requested a clarification on Minutes of the Staff <br />Traffic Committee, item lc - regarding status report of the Main Street Signals. <br />Mr. Broom stated he would check into this matter. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALE}DAR <br /> Mr. Brown presented the Calendar for the information of the Council. Various <br />corrections and addi[ions were made to the Calendar. Mr. Brown stated that this <br />meeting should be continued to the Adjourned Regular Meeting on April 4, 1978. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting at 10:30 P.M., to an Executive Session to <br />discuss pending litigation. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 11:15 P.M. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 11:20 P.M., it was moved by Councilmember <br />Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that the meeting be adjourned to <br />meet again in Adjourned Regular Session on April 4, 1978, 8:00 P.M., Pleasanton <br />Council Chambers, <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />~LAYTO~ E.
