E. Butler, 3831Pinot Court, representing the Planning Commission, pre- <br />sented a resolution from the Planning Commission commending and thanking Walter <br />C. Wood for his service as a Planning Commissioner since 1970, and wishing him <br />success as a Councilmember. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> Determine whether public necessity, health~ safety or welfare requires the <br /> formation of an Underground Utility District on St. Mary Street and St. John <br /> Street between Main Street and Peters Avenue <br /> Mr. Sooby presented his report dated 3-23-78, regarding this matter, and <br /> stated that no written protests had been received regarding the proposed under- <br /> ground utility district. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> 2. 3/28/78 <br /> <br /> <br />
