The City Manager indicated that the time limit was not <br />intended to run when the applicant was precluded from development due to the <br />Pleasanton Safe Streets Association suit. Council agreed to extend time, if <br />necessary, on the sewer permits on Tract 3966. <br /> <br /> Mr. Bill Irick, representing Valley Community Church, asked for a time <br />extension on sewer permits for this facility, which expire in August.
