After discussion, Council instructed staff to place this matter on the agenda of March 13, 1978, for further report and review. Mr. Datwyler asked if the time on his sewer permits would be extended in regard to Tract 3966. The City Manager indicated that the time limit was not intended to run when the applicant was precluded from development due to the Pleasanton Safe Streets Association suit. Council agreed to extend time, if necessary, on the sewer permits on Tract 3966. Mr. Bill Irick, representing Valley Community Church, asked for a time extension on sewer permits for this facility, which expire in August. Council instructed the City Attorney to also prepare a report on this matter for re- view and proper action at the March 13th meeting. Councilmember LeClaire stated she had reviewed the report and Minutes and was prepared to vote on this ordinance as well as Ordinances 846 and 847.
