185 It was moved by Mayor Philcox, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that the Housing Authority be advanced $10,000.00 from the Peters Avenue allocation fund, for repair of the emergency system at Kottinger Plance, to be repaid when Housing and Community Development Act funds are received. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember LeClaire Mayor Philcox inquired if it would be feasible to have the emergency system at Kottinger Place hooked up with the Police Department for faster response. Mr. Brown advised he would be meeting with the Police Department next week to discuss this matter. ~yor Philcox stated he felt the salary for City Councilmembers should be increased, and moved to place this matter on the agenda of Januar~ 24, 1978, for review and recommendation. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Brandes . EXECUTIVE SESSION }~yor Philcox recessed the meeting at 11:30 P.~i., to an Executive Session to discuss personnel - City Attorney replacement. Mayor Philcox reconvened the meeting at 12:15 A.M.. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at 12:20 A.M., it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that the meeting be adjourned.
