After discussion, it was moved by Mayor Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember <br />-- Wood, that the design review for the proposed Van Bokkelen-Cole shopping center <br /> located at West Las Positas and Santa Rita Road, be appealed for further review <br /> of conditions, <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: Councilmembers Brandes and <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer presented a brief report on the LAVW~A pipeline, stating it is <br /> 50% complete.
