After discussion, it was moved by Mayor Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember -- Wood, that the design review for the proposed Van Bokkelen-Cole shopping center located at West Las Positas and Santa Rita Road, be appealed for further review of conditions, The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: Councilmembers Brandes and ABSENT: None Mayor Mercer presented a brief report on the LAVW~A pipeline, stating it is 50% complete. He stated that the contractors are four months ahead of schedule. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC No one in the audience addressed the E'hair.
