The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Brandes, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Butler <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br />Mr. Brown presented his report dated November 8, 1978, regarding the City <br />Council agenda planning report for November, December, and January. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brown presented a letter from Michael Parsons, Executive Director of <br />the Pleasanton Housing Authority, dated November 9, 1978, advising that their <br />Board meeting dates were being changed to meet the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each <br />month, and that Board Commissioners Christine Pearson and Penny Deleray were <br />resigning effective January 20, 1979, at the end of their terms. After dis- <br />cussion, Council instructed staff to advertise for these two vacancies, with <br />the deadline to receive resumes being December 8, 1978, and interviews to be <br />conducted at the City Council meeting of December 19, 1978. <br /> <br /> Mr. Campbell asked if the Council would consider adding Alpha Beta Center <br />temporarily to the Sunol Treatment Plant in order to save construction costs , <br />of parallel sewer lines on ttopyard Road to sewer Northway Downs. After dis- <br />cussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Mayor Mercer, <br />that Alpha Beta be temporarily allowed to sewer into the Sunol Treatment Plant. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Brandes, Kephart, l~od, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Butler <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Mr. Levine stated that pursuant to Council action taken earlier in the <br />meeting to doomgrade zoning on two parcels in Mission Park that Kismet Company <br />should be allowed to modify their Residential Allocation Program application <br />to reflect this change. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by ~yor Mercer, that <br />Resolution No. 78-286, allowing Kismet Company to modify their Residential <br />Allocation Program allocation application to reflect the zoning change in <br />Mission Park, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Brandes, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Butler <br /> <br />CO~fUNICATIONS <br /> There were no communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Brown presented the Calendar for the information of the Council. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes requested that the Residential Allocation Program <br />allocation meeting scheduled for November 16, 1978, be continued for full <br />Council attendance and to allow additional time for review of the staff report. <br />After discussion, Council determined to cancel the Residential Allocation <br />Program meeting scheduled for November 16, 1978, and reschedule the meeting <br />on November 28, 1978, 7:30 P.M., Pleasanton Council Chambers, and to notify <br />all applicants. <br /> <br /> 10. 11/14/78 <br /> <br /> <br />
