MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> November 14, 1978 <br /> <br />INTERVIB~S FOR KO}~NDORSKI TENANT REPRESENTATIVE ON THE PLEASANTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />BOARD <br /> The Mayor and Councilmembers met at 7:30 P.M., to interview the following persons <br />for consideration as Komandorski Village Tenant Representative on the Pleasanton <br />Housing Authority Board: <br /> <br /> Marie Caughron <br /> Florence Jane Correa <br /> Danny Bashaw <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO THE FLAG <br /> Mayor Kenneth Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order <br />at 8:00 P.M., and then Webelo Pack 911, Den 1, led the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />flag. <br /> <br />~OLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers Brandes, Kephart, Wood, and }.~yor Mercer were present. Council- <br />member Butler was absent. }Ir. Brown, City Manager, Mr. Levine, City Attorney, <br />}It. Campbell, Director of Public Works and Utilities, and Hr. t~rris, Director <br />of Planning and Community Development, were present. <br /> <br />AGE~A AMENDMENTS <br /> Hr. Bro~ zequested the following amendments be made to the agenda: <br /> <br />item 8c - Application of the City Council for an amendment to Section 2-7.08(a) <br /> of Article 8, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br /> Pleasanton which would revise comprehensively the schedule of permitted <br /> and conditional uses in all of the commercially zoned districts of the <br /> City of Pleasanton - Open public hearing and continue to the meeting of <br /> December 5, 1978. <br /> <br />item 10a- Confirmation of Election Results - Continue to the meeting of November 21, 1978. <br /> <br />item 10b- Annexation 73, 13.6 Acres on the North Side of Stanley Boulevard - <br /> Continue to the meeting of December 5, 1978. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Kephart requested that item 4h - Transfer of Card Room Permit - <br />be removed from the Consent Calendar and continued to the meeting of December 5, <br />1978, for additional information. Council concurred. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, <br />that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended thereto, be <br />approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
