The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />LeRislation <br /> Mr. Levine stated it appears that the Conference Committee considering the <br />Housing and Community Development Budget Control Amendment approved by Senate <br />(Budget Item #150) has not yet acted. Mr. Levine stated in line with previous <br />Council efforts with regard to the amendment a letter in support ought to be <br />sent to the Conference Committee members. <br /> <br /> After discussion, Council instructed the ~yor to send a letter to the <br />appropriate legislators expressing the Council's support of Item #150, Housing <br />and Community Development Budget Control. <br /> <br />CO~fUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Broom presented the Calendar for the information of the Council. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Brandes recessed the meeting at 1:00 A.M., to an Executive Session to <br />discuss pending litigation. <br /> <br /> ~.~ayor Brandes reconvened the meeting at 1:25 A.M. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 1:30 A.M., it was moved by Councilmember <br />Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that the meeting be adjourned to meet <br />again in Regular Session on july 10, 1979, 8:00 P.M., Cultural Arts Building. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> 14. 6/26/79 <br /> <br /> <br />
