45,],' <br /> <br /> Councilmember Kephart stated that some weeks ago he had requested staff to <br /> investigate the possibility of using Livermore Patrolmen and their motorcycles <br /> for enforcement of speed on Foothill Road and other selected streets. Mr. Brown <br /> advised that the Livemore Police Chief indicated cooperation of two officers and <br /> equipment for traffic enforcement activities. These resources will be available <br /> in April. In addition, discussions are continuing regarding use of these officers <br /> and equipment on their off-duty time.
