Mr. Brown <br /> advised that the Livemore Police Chief indicated cooperation of two officers and <br /> equipment for traffic enforcement activities. These resources will be available <br /> in April. In addition, discussions are continuing regarding use of these officers <br /> and equipment on their off-duty time.
