Brown presented his report dated February 7, 1979, regarding the City <br />Council Agenda Planning Report for February, March, and April. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brown advised that four applications had been received for the two <br />vacancies on the Park and Recreation Commission at the deadline of March 9, <br />1979. After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded <br />by Councilmember Wood, to extend the deadline to March 1, 1979, for receiving <br />resumes for consideration as member on the Park and Recreation Commission, to <br />publicize in the local newspapers, and to request the present Commissioners <br />Gomez and Wi!fley to remain in their positions until such time as they are <br />replaced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Brandes, Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> 7. 2/13/79 <br /> <br /> <br />
