Mr. Broken stated that Assemblyman Mori had introduced AB 301 to redistribute 1¢ on the existing 4-3/4¢ State Share of Sales Tax back to cities. Mayor Mercer instructed staff to write Assemblyman Mori and the State Finance Committee in support of this legislation.
