It was moved by Councilmember Kephart, and seconded by Mayor Mercer, that <br />Resolution No. 79-11, approving the transfer requested by William and Shirley <br />Quebbeman and the issuance of a Card Room Permit to I~llace F. Travasso and <br />~{ichael P.
