Mr. Brown presented his memorandum dated. December 11, 1979, regarding clarifi- <br />cation of the Residential Allocation Program changes recently made by Council. <br />Council concurred with the interpretations of staff relative to these changes, as <br />submitted in the City Manager's memorandum. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brown asked for Council direction regarding the scheduling of general <br />plan amendments to be heard by the Planning Commission.
