Councilmember Kephart stated he could care less about lawsuits and felt this

<br /> nance No. 922, be read by title only, waiving further reading thereof, an ordinance
<br /> amending the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton by adding Chapter 8, Title IV,
<br /> to require business proprietors to exclude minors, from any room or place where de-
<br /> vices, contrivances, instruments or paraphernalia for the smoking or injection of
<br /> mariJuana, hashish, PCP, or any controlled substance is displayed or offered for sale.

<br /> Extending Soliciting Times for Ice Cream Trucks
<br /> Mr. Levine presented his report dated December 5, 1979, regarding this matter.

<br /> Councilmember Kephart stated he was concerned about the extended soliciting time
<br /> affecting persons on shift work who might be trying to sleep at this time, therefore,,.
<br /> he was opposed to the introduction of such an ordinance.

<br /> of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton relating to Solicitors Permits.
