Adoption of Resolution No. 79-209, accepting the improvements. for Santa Rita Road Reconstruction at West Las Positas Boulevard, approving payment to Eugene G. AlVes Construction Company, Inc., in the amount of $23,346.44, and authorizing filing of Notice of Completion. h. Adoption of Resolution No. 79-210, amending Resolution No. 76-79 (Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) by adding Subsection 6s-6 to Section 6 (No Parking Zones); and adoption of Resolution No. 79-211, approving reimbursing Alameda County for the actual cost of construction of the Stanley Boulevard bicycle lane within the Pleasanton City Limits. i. Adoption of Resolution No. 79-212, approving the proposal from MacKay and Somps for Engineering Services for Pico Avenue Extension in the approximate amount of $30,500.00, and authorizing the City Manager to sign an agreement embodying said proposal and approved by the City Attorney.
