It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that Ordinance No. 917, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone a one acre parcel located at 3963 Stanley Boulevard to the R-1-20,O00 (Single-Family Residential) Dis- trict, and amending the Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton accordingly, be intro- duced-. It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that Resolution No. 79-20~, approving the application for design review approval for the remodeling of the old post office building located at 157 Main Street~ zoning on the property being C-C/C-O (Central Commercial/Civic Overlay) District, subject to conditions set forth in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1814 and the one added above by City Council relative to the water drainage problem, be adopted.
