After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that Ordinance No. 915, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the application of Castlewood Properties for the rezoning of an approximately six acre parcel of land located at the southwest corner of Pico Avenue and Vineyard Avenue from the R-1-6500 (Single-Family Resi- dential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) District, and development plan approval for a project containing 9 single-family lots and 25 condominium units, subject to conditions, and amending the Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton accordingly, be introduced. Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing open. Mr. Jack Bras, applicant, stated he concurred with staff and Planning Commission recommendation for approval. No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. There being no further testimony, Mayor Brandes declared the public'hearing closed.
