The City Council. mar recommend approval of the <br />proposed change pr max recommend rezoning ..~he property to any other zonin~ district <br />consistent with the General Plan <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report dated October 15, i979, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jack Bras, applicant, stated he concurred with staff and Planning Commission <br />recommendation for approval. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Brandes declared the public'hearing <br />closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />Ordinance No. 916, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br />approving the application of J.
