REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />Claim of Lewis Charles Dietrick <br /> Mr. Levine presented his report dated August 22, 1979, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Brandes,. and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that <br />Resolution No. 79-151, denying the claim of Lewis Charles Dietrick, and referring <br />this matter to the City Attorney for handling, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Kephart <br /> <br />Legislation <br /> There was no legislation presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Brown presented the Calendar for the information of the Council. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brown requested the City Council meeting of September 25, 1979, be moved <br />to September 18, due to the League of California Cities Conference September 23-25. <br />Council concurred. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mercer advised there would be a Park and Recreation Commission <br />Study Session September 17, 1979, 5:00 P.M. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> There was no Executive Session conducted at this meeting. <br /> <br />ADJOMNT <br /> There being no further business at 1:35 A.M., it was moved by Councilmember <br />Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that the meeting be adjourned to meet <br />again in Regular Session on September 11, 1979, 8:00 P.M., Fairgrounds Cafeteria. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Kephart <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />CLAYTO~ E.
