<br /> applications for and on the approval of conversions of existing multiple family
<br /> rental dwellings to condominiums or condominium projects, and readopting the urgency
<br /> findings of Ordinance No. 880, be introduced and adopted as an urgency ordinance.

<br /> adopted.

<br /> 1979, he had reviewed Ordinance No. 894, as well as Ordinances Nos. 895, 896, and
<br /> 897, and was prepared to vote on these items.

<br /> taining a 2.4 acre commercial area on a 54 acre parcel of land located immediately
<br /> easterly of Sunol Boulevard and between Mission Drive and Pico Avenue subject to
<br /> conditions established by the Planning Commission in its Resolution No. 1743 and
<br /> with certain conditions added by City Council and staff, and rezoning the property
<br /> from RM-2500, R-1-6500 and A (Agricultural) Districts to PUD (Planned Unit Develop-
<br /> ment) as shown on Zoning Unit Map #189, be adopted.
