Council noted this report and instructed that it be <br /> filed without further action. <br /> <br /> COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the Calendar for the information of..the Council. <br /> <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting at 12:30 A=,M., to an Executive Session to <br /> discuss pending litigation. - <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 1:30 A.M. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, <br /> that Resolution No. 80-315A, approving stipulated settlement of City of Pleasanton <br /> vs. Western Pacific Railroad Company, and amending the budget accordingly, be <br /> adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Wood · <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 1:35 A.M., it was moved by Councilmember <br /> Kephart, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that the meeting be adjourned to meet <br /> again in Adjourned Regular Session on December 22, 1980, 8:00 P.M., Fairgrounds <br /> Cafeteria. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSh"qT: Councilmember Wood <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />,~//~S R.
