No action was required or taken by Council on this <br />item. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br />Residential Allocation Program - 1981 Allocation <br /> <br />RAP Exemptions for Subsidized HoU~in~ Projects <br /> <br />Report on Chan~es to the Residential Allocation Program Ordinance <br /> Mayor Mercer suggested that these three items related to the Residential Alloca- <br />tion Program be continued to the meeting of August 12, 1980, and that all the builders <br />be notified in order to get as much input from them as possible. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Council- <br />member Butler, that the Residential Allocation Program - 1981 Allocation, RAP Exemp- <br />tions for Subsidized Housing Projects, and Report on Changes to the Residential <br />Allocation Program Ordinance, be continued to the meeting of August 12, 1980, in <br />order to allow developers the opportunity to comment on these items. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Discussion ensued as to when to review the Housing Element of the General Plan. <br />Council tentatively scheduled a meeting on August 7, 1980, 7:30 P.M., to consider <br />the Housing Element. <br /> <br />Agreement with Alameda· Count7 and Fair~.rounds for Sewer Service <br /> Mr. Walker presented his report dated July 17, 1980, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 80-191, approving the Agreement with Alameda County and the Fair- <br />grounds for Sewer Service, and authorizing the Mayor to sign a letter to the <br />California State Water Resources Control Board appealing the rates of the "User <br />Charge-Industrial Cost Recovery Study" as they pertain to the assignment of charges <br />to the Alameda County Fairgrounds, be adopted. <br /> <br /> 8. 7/22/80 <br /> <br /> <br />
