<br />Selection of Architect for New Police Building
<br /> Mr. Walker presented his report dated May 7, 1980, regarding this matter.

<br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Council-
<br />member Kephart, that Resolution No. 80-127, selecting J. Jack Bras and Associates
<br />as the architect to plan and design a new police facility for Pleasanton, and
<br />authorize the staff to enter the appropriate agreement to complete Phase I at a
<br />cost not to exceed $7,500.00, be adopted.

<br />Police Department Building Needs - Interim Solutions
<br /> Mr. Walker presented the report of the Assistant to the City Manager dated
<br />May 6, 1980, regarding this matter. ~

<br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Council-
<br />member Mohr, that Resolution No. 80-128, approving Alternate 2 of Staff Report
<br />SR 80:123, to permanently relocate the Vizzolini house at 391 St. Mary Street to
<br />the ruffed area behind the police department at an estimated cost for relocating
<br />and remodeling at $47,000.00, be adopted.
