approve Case Z-80-43 which pertains to design review of a 72,366 sq. ft. office <br />building proposed to be constructed at the northeast corner of Foothill Road and <br />Deodar Way adjacent to the Stoneridge Regional Shopping Center, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was'as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by CouncilT <br />member Mohr, that Resolution No. 80-124, approving the appeal of Bay Heritage Finan- <br />cial Corporation of certain conditions of approval attached to Case Z-80-43 by the <br />Design Review Board, and approving Case Z-80-43 which pertains to design review of <br />a 72,366 sq. ft. office building proposed to be constructed at the northeast corner <br />of Foothill Road and Deodar Way adjacent to the Stoneridge Regional Shopping Center, <br />allowing 24 ft. wide parking aisles, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilme~bers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br />Continuation of Meeting <br /> At 11:30 P.M., it was moved by Councilmember Kephart, and seconded by Council- <br />member Wood, that the Council continue the meeting to the end of the agenda, in <br />compliance with City Council policy to take a vote at this time to determine whether <br />or not to continue the meeting due to the time. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br />Hearing of. Objections by Property Owners to the proposed removal and abatement of <br />nuisance caused by noxious or dangerous weeds growing upon or in front of property <br />owned by them in ~he City of Pleasanton <br /> The City Attorney presented his report dated April 17, 1980,.regarding this <br />matter, and advised that the property owners had not been properly notified rela- <br />tive to the public hearing of April 22, 1980, on this item thus the reason for the <br />second public hearing. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Kephart, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />Resolution No. 80-125, declaring no objections after proper notification of the <br />public hearing, and authorizing the appropriate staff members to proceed with the <br />abatement of the nuisance caused by noxious or dangerous weeds growing on certain <br />properties in the City of Pleasanton as more particularly set forth in Exhibit A <br />to Resolution No. 80-67, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> ll.
