<br /> j. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-98, approving Plans and Specifications for the
<br /> installation of Traffic Signals at the Intersection of Hopyard Road and Stone-
<br /> ridge Drive, and authorization to award contract to Howard Electric, Inc., the
<br /> funding to come from the Stoneridge Assessment District No. 1974-4.

<br /> k. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-99, approving request for Holding Tank Permit for
<br /> Dr. Raymond Young's office on California Avenue, subject to conditions set forth
<br /> in Staff Report SR 80:98, dated April 15,'1980.

<br /> 1. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-100, rejecting all bids for the Water System Turn-
<br /> out No. 4 Project, and authorizing that the project be divided into sub-contracts
<br /> and that existing contracts with contractors presently working on the Stoneridge
<br /> projects be extended or changed by contract change orders to effect construction
<br /> of the Turnout.
