<br /> Dr. Raymond Young's office on California Avenue, subject to conditions set forth

<br /> 1. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-100, rejecting all bids for the Water System Turn-
<br /> out No. 4 Project, and authorizing that the project be divided into sub-contracts
<br /> and that existing contracts with contractors presently working on the Stoneridge
<br /> projects be extended or changed by contract change orders to effect construction
<br /> of the Turnout.
