Further Report on Relocation of Vizzolini House at Civic Center Site <br /> Mr. Walker presented his report dated January 17, 1980, regarding this matter <br />and displayed drawings of the proposed structure modifications and location. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Mayor <br />Brandes, that Resolution No. 80-26, approving the relocationof the house at 391 <br />St. Mary Street to the Civic Center site, and the budget amended to include <br />$42,000 to cover the cost of moving and renovating the house, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Annexation o.~.p~operty on Foothill Road <br /> Mayor Brandes declared this item continued indefinitely at the request of <br />staff. <br /> <br />RepOrt on E1Ch.arro Road <br /> Mr. ~.ia'lker presented his report dated January 17, 1980, regarding this item. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Mayor Brandes, that the <br />Mayor be authorized to send a letter to the Alameda County Board of Supervisors, <br />asking the County to cooperate with the City to obtain public use of E1 Charro <br />Road and to authorize the County staff to meet with City staff to discuss pro- <br />blems that might be related to any action to condemn E1 Charro Road, and the time <br />period that might be involved in such proceedings. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> There were no Matters for the Information of the Council presented at this <br />meeting. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br /> There were no reports of the City Attorney presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALEndAR <br /> Mr. Brown presented the Calendar for the information of the Council. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brown advised that the next regularly scheduled 'meeting of the City <br />Council occurs on February 12, which is a legal holiday for City employees. <br />After discussion, Council determined to schedule the next regular City Council <br />meeting on February 11, 1980, 8:00 P.M., at the Fairgrounds Cafeteria. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Brandes recessed the meeting at 10:00 P.M., to an Executive Session to <br />discuss personnel. <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes reconvened the meeting at 11:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> 11. 1722/80 <br /> <br /> <br />
