She stated that 20% had already <br />been allocated to the Fromm property. She suggested that rather than allocate the <br />remaining 80% on a project by project percentage basis that certain percentages be <br />designated for commercial and certain percentages be designated for residential uses. <br />Mr. Walker advised that the Sewer Committee meeting scheduled for June 15, 1981, had <br />been cancelled. Mayor Mercer stated that this issue would be discussed further be- <br />'fore anymore commitments are made for possible windfall sewer capacity. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Councilmembers presented various Committee Reports for the information of the <br />Council. <br /> <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> Mr. Paul. Ebright, 5416 Blackbird Drive, representing the Citizens Alliance to <br />Protect Pleasanton Environment, stated this .group has. enough signatures to referend' <br />Ordinance No. 973, approval of the Meyer project. The City Attorney advised Mr. <br />Ebright to bring the petitions to the City Clerk at City Hall for further processing. <br /> <br /> Ms. Kathy Hollbrook stated that weeds were dangerously high in the area around <br />St. Clare's Church on Valley Trails and National Park Drive.
