Adoption of Resolution No. 81-175, authorizing the Mayor to execute a quitclaim <br /> deed abandoning the existing storm drain easement from Joe Madden and acceptance <br /> of revised storm drain easement. <br /> <br /> n. Adoption of Resolution No. 81-176, accepting storm drain easement from George E. <br /> and Mary Louise Wilcox, and authorize the Mayor to sign the indemnification <br /> agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Mr. and Mrs. Wilcox. <br /> <br /> o. Adoption of Resolution No. 81-177, approvinS the Foothill High School Band Parade <br /> ' application to be held on October 24, 1981, subject to meeting all conditions <br /> established by the Police Department~ and amending the 1981-=82 operating budget <br /> by $1,699.00, to cover city personnel costs associated with the parade. <br /> <br /> p.
