Adoption of Resolution No. 81-177, approvinS the Foothill High School Band Parade ' application to be held on October 24, 1981, subject to meeting all conditions established by the Police Department~ and amending the 1981-=82 operating budget by $1,699.00, to cover city personnel costs associated with the parade. p.
