Am~ral to change the General Plan land use designation of a 0.27 acre lot located at 404 St. Mary Street from "High Density Residential" to "Commercial and O'fftces", and instruct staff to study the west side of Peters Street with an eye toward establishing a logical progression for commercial development on both sides of Peters Street, be adopted. Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 81:178) dated June 1, 1981, regarding this matter. Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the application and the negative declaration. Mr. Steve Barnes asked if there would be medical facilities included in the Flair Shopping Center development. He stated when he moved his medical business to this area he was advised that offices would be developed on the Shopping Center site. There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed on the application and the negative declaration.
