Council <br /> at the above noticed meeting . . . ....... . ..... <br /> <br /> Mr. David Cap=on, representing Daon Corporation, again requested Council to <br /> eliminate the number in connection with the 400 units of Condition 2, and to address <br /> this figure at the time of PUD consideration. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that <br />Resolution No. 81-184, determining on the basis of a review of initial environmental <br />study done for this project, that the proposed project would have potential signifi- <br />cant adverse impacts on the environment but that recommended conditions of approval <br />would reduce those impacts to an insignificant level and therefore that an Environ- <br />mental Impact Report need not be prepared, and determining that a Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration is appropriate to change the General Plan land use designation of the <br />91.5+ acre site located between 1-580, the StoneridgeMall Road, Stoneridge Drive <br />and 1-680 from "High Density Residential" and "Open Space (Parks and Recreation)" <br />and "Community Facilities (Schools)" to "Commercial and Offices", "High Density <br />Residential", and "Open Space (Parks)", be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />Section 3 of Resolution No. 81-186, approving the application of the Stoneson <br />Development Corporation to change the General Plan land use designation of the <br />91.5+ acre site located between 1-580, the StoneridgeMall Road, Stoneridge Drive <br />and 1-680 from "High Density Residential" and "Open Space (Parks and Recreation)" <br />and "Community Facilities (Schools)" to "Commercial and Offices", "High Density <br /> "0 en <br />Residential", and p Space (Parks)", subject to conditions established in Planning <br />Commission Resolution No. 1989, and amending Condition 2 to omit the number "400" as <br />the required multiple residential units, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> 16. 6/9/81 <br /> <br /> <br />
