Change allmulti-family residentially_zoned property...i.n ~be ~rea ~etween.. <br /> Pleasanton Avenue, Ros~ Av.enp. e, [ai~ ~tree~, and Division . ..S~.r~et' from "Medium <br /> DenSity Residential" to "High p~ns.~ty Residential" <br /> No public comment. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed <br />on these items. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting at 9:40 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 9:50 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer 'thanked the Land Use Committee for their outstanding efforts on the <br />general plan recommendations review report. .... <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer stated it was now in order to consider the Environmental Impact <br />Report for the nineteen changes in land use designation of particular areas and the <br />three changes in the circulation pattern proposed in the General Plan. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />Resolution No. 81-182, certifying that the Environmental Impact Report has been com- <br />pleted in compliance with CEQA and State guidelines; certifying tha~ the City Council <br />has reviewed and considered the information in the EIR; making the required findings <br />for potentially significant impacts as outlined in the document entitled "Proposed <br />Environmental Impact Pindings" for all impacts which Council deems potentially sig- <br />nificant; and finding that the project would have significant adverse impacts per- <br />taining to demographics, land use, traffic, transportation, noise and public facili- <br />ties, but that recommended conditions of approval or recommended future actions by <br />the City would reduce all of those impacts to an insignificant level; approve the <br />Environmental Impact Report prepared for this project, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> 10. 6/9/81 <br /> <br /> <br />
