225 <br /> <br /> Mr. Innes asked Council to make a decision on a fence to protect his privacy. <br /> Council advised him they would not attach such a condition. <br /> <br /> Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> There were no Matters for the Information of the Council presented at this <br /> meeting. <br /> <br /> REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Draft EIR - Moller quarry SMP-9 <br /> Mr. Levina presented his report (SR 81:136) dated April 28, 1981, presenting <br /> comments on the draft Environmental Impact Report for the Moller Quarry, for the <br /> information of the Council. <br /> <br /> Senate Bill 500 <br /> Mr. Levine presented his report (IR 81:13) dated April 28, 1981, regarding <br /> this matter, and requesting that the Council actively support this Bill. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Council <br /> support Senate Bill 500, to abolish joint and several liability. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the Calendar for the information of the Council <br /> <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> There was no Executive Session held at this meeting. <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 11:55 P.M., it was moved by Councilmember <br /> Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that the meeting be adjourned to meet <br /> again in Regular Session on May 12, 1981, 8:00 P.M., Fairgrounds Cafeteria. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />~j~ES R.
