Resolution Acceptin~ Propos~ for. Special Assessment Proceedings-V~e~ Business <br />Park Assessment DistriCt <br /> Mayor Mercer dismissed this item from the agenda, at the request of staff. <br /> <br />~eport on Interim Parking Lot Use for 9ity, Property at the northeast corner of Rose <br />Avenue and Peters Avenue <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 81:431) dated December 2, 1981, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Council- <br />member Butler, not to proceed with the development of a parking lot on City property <br />at the northeast corner of Rose Avenue and Peters Avenue at this time. <br />The roll call vote was. as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, and Wood <br />NOES: Mayor Mercer <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Report on Railroad Track Consolidation ~qd Grade Separation Pro~ect, Niles to <br />Pleasanton <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 81:433) dated December 2, 1981, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, <br />that Resolution No. 81-424, authorizing filing of Claim for grade Separation funds <br />from the State of California for railroad track consolidation and grade separation, <br />Niles to Pleasanton, and authorizing the City Manager to proceed with the prepara- <br />tion of all documents and all related procedures required for submission of a claim <br />for grade separation funds, and the filing. of such claim with the State of California, <br />be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Resolution making application to LAFCO, agreeing .to the exchangeof property. tax <br />revenues, and initiatin~ prezon~ng for proposed.Annexation No. 98 (Ultsch~.lO <br />acres on Vineyard Avenue) <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 81:424) dated December 1, 1981, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, <br />that Resolution No. 81-425, making application to LAFCO for proposed Annexation <br />No. 98 (Ultsch, 10 acres on Vineyard Avenue); Resolution No. 81-426, agreeing to <br />the ~xchange of property tax revenue for proposed Annexation No. 98 (Ultsch, 10 <br />acres on Vineyard Avenue); and Resolution No. 81-427, initiating prezoning for <br />proposed Annexation No. 98 (Ultsch, 10 acres on Vineyard Avenue), be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Report on Request for Annexation of the 78 acre Jordan Group Property at the north <br />end of Martin Avenue <br /> After discussion, Mayor Mercer continued this item to the meeting of December 22, <br />1981, to allow Planning Commission to review and make recommendations regarding the <br />General Plan amendment on this entire area. <br /> <br /> 9. 12/8/81 <br /> <br /> <br />
