It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that <br />Ordinance No. 1010, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br />approving the application of Frank Auf der Maur et al to rezone an approximately 73 <br />acre site located between Stanley Boulevard on the north and the Arroyo del Valle on <br />the south from the intersection of Stanley Boulevard and California Street to a point <br />approximately 2000 feet east of that intersection to the Planned Unit Development- <br />Commercial District, subject to all conditions contained in Planning Commission <br />Resolution No. 2098, and an~f~dtng subparagraph 'o' to read "Testing, repair and <br />maintenance service", be if~troduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Application of CPK Associates and Walter PanManiban for Planned Unit Development <br />zonin~ and development plan '_a~proval for a medium depsit7 residential.. project con- <br />sistin~ 0f 113 sin~le-.famil~ homes and 83 townhouses on an approxtmatel7 21 a~r~ <br />site located'at the northwest corner of Rheem Drive and Oakland Av~n~e'. The City Attorney read the <br />draft clause for the information of the Council.
