It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that Ordinance No. 1010, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the application of Frank Auf der Maur et al to rezone an approximately 73 acre site located between Stanley Boulevard on the north and the Arroyo del Valle on the south from the intersection of Stanley Boulevard and California Street to a point approximately 2000 feet east of that intersection to the Planned Unit Development- Commercial District, subject to all conditions contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2098, and an~f~dtng subparagraph 'o' to read "Testing, repair and maintenance service", be if~troduced.
