After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Mayor Mercer, that Resolution No. 81-397, authorizing the two representatives to the LPWRA Board to: (1) approve Pleasanton's wastewater reuse project as described in the study, and file the Notice of Determination; and (2) vote to dissolve the Livermore-Pleasanton Water Reclamation Agency joint powers agency upon completion of the 30 day period following the filing of the Notice of Determination, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None COMMUNICATIONS Letter from Mel Hin~ County. Administrator Mayor Mercer presented a 't~tter f'rom Mel Hing, County Administrator, dated October 26, 1981, regarding implementation of AB 189 (Cortese) establishing a criminal justice facility construction fund. It was moved by Mayor Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, support- ing the establishment of a criminal Justice facility temporary construction fund. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR- Mr. Walker presented the Calendar for the information of the Council. EXECUTIVE SESSION There was no Executive Session held at this meeting. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at 12:35 A.M., it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in Special Session on November 16, 1981, 8:00 P.M., at the Fairgrounds Cafe- teria.
