After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Mayor <br />Mercer, that Resolution No. 81-397, authorizing the two representatives to the <br />LPWRA Board to: (1) approve Pleasanton's wastewater reuse project as described in <br />the study, and file the Notice of Determination; and (2) vote to dissolve the <br />Livermore-Pleasanton Water Reclamation Agency joint powers agency upon completion <br />of the 30 day period following the filing of the Notice of Determination, be <br />adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Letter from Mel Hin~ County.
