<br /> dential, she could not see any ~ustification to refuse this pro~ect.

<br /> Mayor Mercer stated he felt the plan is unique but that it should be presented
<br /> to the affected neighborhood before Council makes a decision. He added he also
<br /> felt Councilmember Butler should be allowed to vote on this item since it is in
<br /> his area.

<br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Council-
<br /> member Mohr, to reopen the public hearing and continue the application of Breilh
<br /> Homes, Inc., for Planned Unit Development (PUD-High Density Residential) zoning and
<br /> development plan approval for a 32 unit townhouse condominium project to be located
<br /> on their 2+ acre site on the south side of Palomino Drive between Pico Avenue and
<br /> Concord Str'eet, and accompanying Negative Declaration, to the City Council meeting
<br /> of October 13, 1981, 8:00 P.M., Fairgrounds Cafeteria, for full Council attendance
<br /> and to allow the developer time to present his plan to the surrounding neighborhood.
