He requested that one addi- <br /> tional condition be considered to allow administrative review of any changes to uses <br /> similar to the ones permitted in the Planned Unit Development, rather than going <br /> through the Planning Commission and City Council for such approval. <br /> <br /> After discussion, Council stated this expanded authority should not be trans- <br /> ferred to staff and that it would also set a bad precedent. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed on the application and the <br /> negative declaration. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br /> Resolution No. 81-300, determining on the basis of a review of initial environmental <br /> study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact would occur as <br /> outlined in the City's guidelines and that a negative declaration is appropriate for <br /> Planned Unit Development approval to allow residential warehouse, office and related <br /> use of an approximately 30,000 sq. ft. site at 4225 Stanley Boulevard,be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br /> Ordinance No. 993, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br /> approving the application of Thomas Jorgensen for Planned Unit Development approval <br /> to allow residential warehouse, office and related use of an approximately 30,000 <br /> sq. ft. site at 4225 Stanley Boulevard, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single- <br /> family Residential) District, subject to all conditions contained in the staff report <br /> to the Planning Commission dated August 12, 1981,~ be introduced. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> 4. 9/8/81 <br /> <br /> <br />
