It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that Ordinance No. 985, an ordinance rezoning one acre located at 5130 Foothill Road (owned by Billy R. Newnam), from A (Agricultural) to R-i-40,000 (Single-Family Residential) District, be adopted.
