457 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br /> Resolution No. 81-246, determining on the basis of a review of initial environmental <br /> study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact would occur as <br /> outlined in the City's guidelines and that a negative declaration is appropriate to <br /> consider the architectural plans and design of the proposed 14,200+ square foot <br /> Pleasanton Police Facility to be located at the Civic Center Complex, 200 Bernal <br /> Avenue, Pleasanton, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Kephart <br /> <br /> Council concurred with the architectural plans and design of the proposed <br /> 14,200+ square foot Police Facility to be located at the Civic Center Complex, 200 <br /> Bernal'Avenue, Pleasanton, and instructed the City Manager to proceed with applica- <br /> to the Planning Commission for review and recommendation of this matter. <br /> <br />MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br />Adoption of Ordinance No. 98.5~L. rezoni~ the approximately 1 acre parcel known as <br />5130 Foothill Road to R-~-40,O00,~ and owned' by. Newham <br />..(Intro~ 7-14-~1~ 4-~s, l~No) <br /> Mayor Mercer stated that Ordinance No. 985 was introduced on July 14, 1981, by <br />a vote of 4-Ayes, 1-No, and that it was now in order to adopt the ordinance. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Ordinance No. 985, an ordinance rezoning one acre located at 5130 Foothill Road <br />(owned by Billy R. Newnam), from A (Agricultural) to R-i-40,000 (Single-Family <br />Residential) District, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, and Wood <br />NOES: Mayor Mercer' <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Kephart <br /> <br />~doption of a resolution appr~VinB. ~h~ Nega__tiv~ Declaration in connection with the <br />rezoning of the approximately 1 acre parcel known as 5130 Foothil~_Road~ .a~d owned <br />bY Billy R.
