375 Denial of Claim of P..amela Hart~e~ Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 82:181) dated May 18, 1982, regarding this matter. It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that Resolution No. 82-180, denying the claim of Pamela Hartley in the sum of $1,235.18, and referring the matter to the City Attorney for further handling, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler NOES: None ABSENT: None COMMUNICATIONS There were no communications presented at this meeting. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the information of the Council. Mr. Walker stated that the 1982-83 Budget has been distributed to the Council and that budget sessions need to be scheduled to review this matter. After discussion, Council determined to schedule a budget session on June 7, 1982, at 8:00 P.M., and to present any questions they might have regarding the budget in writing to staff prior to this meeting. Mr. Walker suggested that the agenda for the meeting of June 8, 1982, only have the one item regarding Hacienda Business Park, and that all other items be continued to the meeting of June 22, 1982, since this will be a lengthy matter. Council con- curred. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Butler recessed the meeting at 9:25 P.M., to an Executive Session to discuss pending litigation, labor relations, and personnel. Mayor Butler reconvened the meeting at 10:45 P.M. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at 10:50 P.M., it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in Adjourned Regular Session on June 2, 1982, at 7:30 P.M., in the*Pleasanton Council Chambers.
