Mr. Terrill stated this plan and application conforms with <br /> the P.U.D. previously approved. He stated he agreed to the staff recommended con- <br /> ditions and with the added condition of the Planning Commission regarding a maximum <br /> height of 65 ft. for any building. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer suggested scheduling a Joint meeting in early May with the Planning <br /> Commission in order to review the North Pleasanton studies. This would also allow <br /> new Councilmembers an opportunity to participate in the review. Council concurred. <br /> After discussion, Council tentatively scheduled this review meeting on May 5, 1982. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, to <br /> continue the application of Reynolds and Brown for P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) <br /> development plan approval for a second phase of development for the 56 acres of land <br /> located at the southwest corner of Hopyard Road and 1-580 in the vicinity of Bannis- <br />~. ter and Owens Drives, and accompanying negative declaration, to the meeting of May <br /> 11, 1982, 8:00 P.M., Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br />~ The roll call vote was as follows: <br />CO AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />~D NOES: None <br />~ ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Ordinance No. 1030~ adoptingby reference the 1979 Edition of the Uniform Adminis- <br /> trative Code <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 82:136) dated April 1, 1982, regarding this <br /> matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on Ordinance No. 1030. <br /> - No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to this item. <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br /> Ordinance No. 1030, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br /> adopting by reference the 1979 Edition of the UniformAdministrative Code, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br /> Resolution No. 82-120, amending the fees and charges resolution for various municipal <br /> services of the City of Pleasanton by adopting the fee schedules contained in the 1979 <br /> Uniform Administrative Code, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> To establish the City of Pleasanton's 1982 Growth Management Program to include: <br /> a) settin~ target number 0~f'~eside~ial dwelling unit permit approvals to De <br /> allocated; b) determinin~ the number of units to be set aside for lower income <br /> housing; c) determinin~ the number of units to be made available f~r smaller pro- <br /> jects; d) determining the maximum number of units allowed for each smaller project;. <br /> e) settins dates for receipt of applications for smaller projects; and f) deter- <br /> mining other matters related to the operation of the Growth Management Program as <br /> deemed necessary by the City Council <br /> 8. 4/6/82 <br /> <br /> <br />
