The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None Matters for the Information of the Council Mayor Mercer presented the Information Report of the Director of Public Works and Utilities (IR 82:9) dated March 2, 1982, transmitting the Minutes from the Staff Traffic Committee meeting of February 18, 1982. No action was required or taken by Council on this item. Mayor Mercer presented the City Council Agenda Planning Report for the months of March, April, and May, for the information of the Council. Mr. Walker advised that the terms of Planning Commissioners Lindsey and Wilson will expire on May 5, 1982; and that the terms of Kottinger Village Representative Charlotte Pruett and Komandorski Village Representative Rudy J. Trujillo, on the Pleasanton Housing Authority Board, will expire on May 1, 1982. Mr. Walker suggested that advertisement for representatives on the Housing Authority Board be scheduled for March 15 to April 1, 1982, with interviews held by Council on April 6, 1982; and that advertisement for Planning Commissioners be scheduled March 22 through April 19, 1982, with interviews held by Council on April 27, 1982. Council concurred with this schedule. REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY (Contd.) Request to Resubmit Immobile Home Application This item was discussed earlier on the agenda as item 9e. Adoption of 1979 Uniform Administrative Code - Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 82:90) dated March 3, 1982, regarding this matter. ~ It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1030, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, adopting by reference the 1979 edition of the Uniform Administrative Code, be intro- duced.
