No action was required or <br />taken by Council on this item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer presented the City Council Agenda Planning Report for the months <br />of March, April, and May, for the information of the Council. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker advised that the terms of Planning Commissioners Lindsey and Wilson <br />will expire on May 5, 1982; and that the terms of Kottinger Village Representative <br />Charlotte Pruett and Komandorski Village Representative Rudy J. Trujillo, on the <br />Pleasanton Housing Authority Board, will expire on May 1, 1982. Mr. Walker suggested <br />that advertisement for representatives on the Housing Authority Board be scheduled <br />for March 15 to April 1, 1982, with interviews held by Council on April 6, 1982; and <br />that advertisement for Planning Commissioners be scheduled March 22 through April 19, <br />1982, with interviews held by Council on April 27, 1982.
