One mylar copy of the item described above reduced to a <br /> scale of 1" = 250' showing only the following items: <br /> <br /> Street R/W lines, street name, revised median islands <br /> Building Outline <br /> Street address centered within building outline at 1/8" <br /> @ 250 scale <br /> Drive and parking area curb lines <br /> Fire Hydrant location <br /> Any additional items which may be required by the Fire <br /> Department <br /> <br /> The mylars submitted shall contain the following, where <br /> applicable. <br /> <br /> a. Project name(s) <br /> b. Project number(s) <br /> c. North arrow <br /> d. Graphic scale <br /> e. A written scale showing the actual scale of the reduced <br /> mylar copy. <br /> f. Name and telephone number of the firm and individual <br /> contact that provided the mylar copy. <br /> <br />13. That an agreement be entered to the satisfaction of the <br /> Planning Director, between the property owners of site 51C <br /> and the site adjacent to the west for maintenance of shared <br /> landscape medians. <br /> <br />14. That any penthouse structure shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Director for final approval. <br /> <br />15.
