Scheidig, Attorney representing Dillingham Corporation, requested <br /> Council to exempt Dillingham's project from any change in zoning designation, since <br /> their application for building has already been approved. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Mayor <br /> Mercer, to initiate an ordinance to rezone the remaining vacant I-G (General Indus- <br /> trial) zoned property in the area east of 1-680 to PUD-Industrial with the exception <br /> of the Dillingham Corporation parcel. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> 8. 2/23/82 <br /> <br /> <br />
