He advised that while the Supreme Court's recent decision bans <br /> anti-children housing practices, it would appear not to restrict pro-senior citizen <br /> discrimination through reservation of rental units or through designation of a portion <br /> of mobile home parks as reserved for seniors, and this is particularly true where <br /> special design elements are built into the units. <br /> <br /> COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the Calendar for the information of the Council. <br /> <br /> 18. 2/9/82 <br /> <br /> <br />
