199 <br /> <br /> Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> Mayor Mercer presented the City Council agenda planning report for February, <br /> March, and April. <br /> <br /> REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Approval of Defermerit Development Agreement for Foothill Builders <br /> Mr. Levine presented his report (SR 82:51) dated February 3, 1982, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br /> Resolution No. 82-55, approving the Deferment Development Agreement between the City <br /> of Pleasanton and Foothill Builders, and authorizing the appropriate City officials <br />F" to execute the agreement, be adopted. <br />T~ The roll call vote was as follows: <br />CO AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />~ NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Approval of Mitigation Measures Agreement with Trammell Crow Company <br /> Mr. Levine presented his report (SR 82:61) dated February 3, 1982, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Kephart, and s~conded by Councilmember Butler, <br /> that Resolution No. 82-56, approving the Mitigation Measures Agreement between the <br /> City of Pleasanton and Tramell Crow Company, and authorizing the appropriate City <br /> officials to execute the agreement, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Review of Condominium Ordinance Amendment <br /> Mr. Levine presented his report (SR 82:62) dated February 4, 1982, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that <br /> Ordinance No. 1025, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br /> to modify the condominium conversion ordinance to provide for additional statements <br /> of public policy regarding eviction and authorize denial of condominium conversion <br /> applications on that basis, be introduced. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> Mr. Levine presented his Information Report (IR 82:6) dated February 9, 1982, <br /> regarding the Marina Point, Ltd., vs. Stephen Wolfson, et al, Discrimination Against <br /> Children in Housing. He advised that while the Supreme Court's recent decision bans <br /> anti-children housing practices, it would appear not to restrict pro-senior citizen <br /> discrimination through reservation of rental units or through designation of a portion <br /> of mobile home parks as reserved for seniors, and this is particularly true where <br /> special design elements are built into the units. <br /> <br /> COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the Calendar for the information of the Council. <br /> <br /> 18. 2/9/82 <br /> <br /> <br />
