Comments on this decision may be directed to either the <br />Planning staff prior to the above meeting da~e? o~..directly to the Ci.tX Council <br />at the above noticed meetin~ <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 82:24) dated January 18, 1982, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the application and the negative <br />declaration. <br /> <br /> Mr. Art Dunkley, Castlewood Properties, 205 Main Street, representing the <br />applicant, stated he concurs with the Planning Commission recommendation and staff <br />report for approval. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed <br />on the application and the negative declaration. <br /> <br /> Mr. Harris advised that the negative declaration relative to this project has <br />previously been approved in the General Plan amendment, therefore, no action is <br />required to be taken on it at this time. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Ordinance No. 1019, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br />approving the application of Mutual Land Company to prezone an approximately 48 acre <br />parcel located at the eastern terminus of Crellin Road to the P.U.D.
